Today about a year ago we brewed our best ale ever. This year we expect no less. Preparing the fantastic malts and hops that goes in to the pot. Expected serving date 20 december 2015.

Hi still good with the Brewster. Fantastic equipment, easy to use and after a few years of brewing still going strong. Makes really good beer, you need to trim recepie to fit boiling volume and the trick is to pass added water through the mesh to get good efficiency. Good luck with your brewing. Cheers
