Carl Ljungberg, Patrick Ljungberg, Peter Ljungberg. Great taste and fantastic beer
We are inspired by Oppigårds Brewers Brown. We now intend to make our own Brown Ale. Influenced by a 1995 award winning recipe. Of course twisted by HumleDumle.
A special ingredient is wheat chocolate malt in a higher amount and a complex mix of hops, English and American. A higher bitterness and aroma and with moderate alcohol. Perfect to celebrate Midsummer.

First impression of the Brewster is great. The 27 litre brew capacity generates approx 20 liters of beer for fermentation.
The 1.8 KW heating is acceptable and gives an ok boiling time. After two sessions we would appreciate a 2.2KW to cut time. The timer is great!
The pump and cooling system works well. To be honest it would have been even better if the pump system was pre mounted and fixed with switch possibilities for water and mesh process. Now it is just hanging there….would improve leakage and handling.
All over a positive experience.

We managed 40 liters of brew in our first day!
Cheers
